All guests of Hotel The Den have free access to fitness studio The Movement. Here you can recharge yourself, raise your heart rate and go to the extreme. The Movement is 150m2 with state-of-the-art equipment from Matrix, the world leader in fitness products.
The Movement is beautifully situated on the 2nd floor of the hotel with large windows right next to the Paleisbrug. This enables you to enjoy wonderful views of the city and track, running towards your goals. The space is suitable for any type of workout. Changing rooms with showers and lockers are available in our gym.

In our gym you will find a Matrix dual adjustable pulley, Matrix air cross rower, Matrix treadmill, Lifemaxx dumbbell with all types of weights and a Lifemaxx lifting bar with all bumper weights. By means of this equipment you can fully exert your body in different ways and stay in shape.
