There are several parking garages within walking distance of the hotel. The nearest parking garage is Paleiskwartier parking garage. The other parking garage can be reached via the Paleisbrug. For current prices, view the website of the parking garage.

We do not have a (guarded) parking facility at the hotel. We recommend the following options:
- Bicycle: The nearest guarded bicycle shed is in Station 's-Hertogenbosch at station square 77. You can also park your bicycle next to the hotel, but it is not covered and guarded here.
- Motorbike: This can also be parked next to the hotel. There is no security or paid parking here. If you want your motorcycle in a guarded garage, we recommend the Paleiskwartier parking garage.
Yes, 's-Hertogenbosch station is a 500-metre walk away (10 minutes). If desired, you can also take the bus.

From Amsterdam Schiphol:
- Train: There are direct trains from Schiphol Airport to Station 's-Hertogenbosch. Travel time approximately one hour.
- Car or Taxi: Travel time approximately one hour, without traffic jams. Taxi rate from 120,-
From Eindhoven Airport:
- Public transport: From Eindhoven Airport take bus 401, 400 or 10 to Eindhoven station. From Eindhoven Station you take the intercity or sprinter train to Station 's-Hertogenbosch. Travel time of approximately one hour.
- Car or Taxi: Travel time approximately half an hour without traffic jams. Taxi rate from 50,-
We are a dog-friendly hotel. Dogs, up to 20 kilos, and assistance dogs, are welcome in our hotel rooms for €20 per night. They are also welcome at Restaurant & Bar The Den and Current Rooftop Restaurant & Bar. Naturally we kindly ask you to keep close eye on them and to make sure they do not disturb other guests.
We have a number of disabled rooms available. These rooms have various special facilities such as wheelchair-friendly bathrooms and showers. If you would like to reserve this room, please contact us by telephone or e-mail before doing so. We are happy to reserve this room for you.
This room can also be booked with a 'connecting' room, so that family and friends can spend the night in the room next to you and have direct access to your room.
The hotel is wheelchair accessible throughout with special disabled toilets. This applies to both restaurants, our bars and the meeting rooms.
There are wheelchair-friendly parking spaces at Paleiskwartier parking garage. Guests can also be dropped off in front of the hotel.
This differs per reservation and the time of cancellation. You can find your cancellation conditions in your confirmation. Our 'flexible rate' can be canceled free of charge until 15:00 the day before arrival. Our 'prepaid rate' cannot be canceled free of charge, check your reservation for the exact conditions. If you are not sure or cannot find the information, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will be happy to look up your reservation with the corresponding details.
You can cancel or change your booking via the platform on which you booked. This can be done directly at the hotel by telephone or by e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have booked via our own website hoteltheden.nl, marriott.com, Marriott Bonvoy App or via our team (by e-mail or telephone). For example, if you have booked through Booking.com or another external platform, please contact them.
If you are traveling with a baby, we can place a baby crib for free. If you would like to inform us about this in advance, we will reserve a baby crib for you. These are available on a limited basis.
At Hotel The Den we do not have any rooms that can welcome more than 2 adults. We do have a number of rooms with a connecting door, which we can open and connect with each other. This means that you have to book 2 rooms. If you would like two rooms with a connecting door, please let us know in good time. We have limited availability here.

Yes, there are coffee and tea making facilities in the room. In every room there is a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle available with free Nespresso cups and organic tea from Café Couture.

A Twin Room has two single beds of 90 cm by 200 cm, ideal for families, colleagues or friends.
Room service is available from 07:00 to 22:00. You can find our room service menu in the room using a QR code. The food and drinks are provided by Restaurant & Bar The Den.
Check-in is possible from 15:00. If you would like an early check-in, you can indicate this when making your reservation. We can never guarantee an early check-in, this is based on availability. If you want guaranteed early check-in, you must also reserve the room the night before.
You can check out until 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Please inform our front office if you wish to check out later. They can inquire about availability and possible costs. If available, the check-out can be postponed to a maximum of 16:00, the costs for this are 10 euros per hour.
Yes, Current Rooftop Restaurant & Bar and Restaurant & Bar The Den are open to everyone.
Breakfast is served seven days a week in Restaurant & Bar The Den from 07:00 to 11:00 in the morning.
We will take into account allergies of our guests at all times. Dietary requirements are in consultation. Let us know so that we can inform the F&B team.

Yes, we require a credit card for authorization. An amount (the room rate + 50 euros per night) is reserved on the credit card during check-in. At check-out, this reserved amount will be used for payment and the remaining amount will be released on the credit card. At that time you can also decide to pay with a debit card (Maestro/debit card) or cash, then the full reserved amount will be released on the credit card. Sometimes it takes the bank a few days to release this.
No, unfortunately this is not possible. If you do not have a credit card available, you can pay with a debit card (maestro/debit card). The deposit is then 100 euros per night. We will complete the payment on check-in (room price + 100 euros per night) during check-out the remaining amount will be refunded to you. Please note that it can take up to four working days for this amount to be credited to your account.
